RaveMagnet lets subscribing businesses send SMS review requests to their own customers. Subscriptions are billed monthly ($59/month for the Starter plan) and can be canceled anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
By using RaveMagnet, you confirm that every recipient is a customer you have a current or recent business relationship with, and that you have their consent to contact them by text. You may not upload purchased lists, message strangers, or use the service for any purpose other than requesting a review of work you actually performed. We may suspend accounts that violate this or applicable law (including the TCPA).
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee any particular number of reviews, and reviews themselves are written by customers and governed by Google’s policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
