RaveMagnet helps local service businesses request Google reviews from their customers by SMS. This policy covers both our business users (the companies that subscribe) and the customers who receive messages.
From subscribing businesses: name, email, business name, Google review link, and billing details (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers). From message recipients: the name and phone number entered by the business you hired, message delivery status, and opt-out state.
Recipient phone numbers are used for exactly one purpose: delivering the review request sent by the business you did business with, and honoring your opt-out. We do not use recipient numbers for our own marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers strictly necessary to deliver messages (e.g., our SMS carrier, Twilio).
Reply STOP to any message to opt out permanently. Reply HELP or email support@ravemagnet.com for assistance.
We retain records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. To request deletion of your data, email support@ravemagnet.com.
